The "TOASTER" the coaster with the mosta

There were many kind people that helped create what is now know to many as The Toaster. In no particular order, a big thanks must go to the newly married Mr and Mrs Dekker. Whilst on there honeymoon the Toaster crew took over the running of there house and made them selves quite at home. Pearcy filled his ipod(23 gig..), while Kellie watched movies and Mike and Daisy fought off the local cats... The Dekker house provided a sanctuary for the crew. The Tippett clan Liss, Steve, Amber and the newly arrived Bonnie were also vital to the Toaster and crew. They welcomed the Pearce's back into town and also there home. Steve's careful and measured approach to engineering is one of the main reasons the coaster became the Toaster. Steve was often heard pulling Pearcy back from making rash decisions as Dekker swilled again from his bottle of red! Iggy should also rate a special mention for being Mike's first love, although this was short lived as Mike and Daisy's relationship began to blossom (there will be more on this subject later). Mr and Mrs Dale and Bobbie Ellis for unmeasureable support. Paul and Barb for there nine inch latex. Simon Franklin; electrician to the stars must also be thanked for his hard nose no nonsense approach to business!
A special mention must got out to Pacey for doing Fuck all!!!! Matt Dusting for his many words of wisdom and and the actual name "The Toaster"
Local Ballarat tradesmen Mark Phelps at Ballarat Joinery, the big fella Shane from Ian Grevilles auto eletrical and Shane Romeo from Ace Enginerring were happy to see the back end of the Toaster as it was often at there work place before they opened and sometimes after they left... Thanks must also go out to Jody and Andrew for helping establish The Toaster Trip.....blog.

The Reno looking forward.....

The Reno looking back.....

The birth of the "Toaster" was a long and expensive labour. Matt the handyman thought it would only take "a couple of days", he was wrong. Many weeks and many questions from the concerned wife later "THE TOASTER" the coaster with the mosta started to take shape. The short stay in Ballarat soon became a long one.

The Coaster prior to becoming "THE TOASTER"

The coaster first started its life as a mild mannered school bus in Wangaratta. It was then purchased by Noel the locksmith, a single man with single mans needs. His fitout was good but not enough for the newly formed Pearce family

The Beginning.........................

The Toaster Trip first began as a Sunchasing dream. Created in the lounge room in Richmond/Kew, maybe even first raised in the back room at the Tude. Sick of the peak hour "Snarls",long ques at the check out, and massive hours at work (those pole were sure getting Matt down) it was decided there must be a better way. The Sunchaser provided the newly married 3 all they needed, the idea was to head north and chase the sun. Soon after the wedding the three became four. The family was near complete Matt, Kell, Daisy and the new man Mike. Not long after the new acquisition, Chain Reaction was sold (damn Jews) . With a little more money than expected Pearcy was straight into the Trading Post, Kell said to" tell him he's dreaming"............... From Things that go, Ebay and many online auction house's The Toaster was Unearthed. Whilst on a fishing trip up to Deni with Pacey "Bongo" the Pearceman turned left at Echuca, the destination was Moama from there the legend of the "TOASTER' was born.
